Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 to 3/4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
2 grinds of pepper (preferably multicolored peppercorns)
2 tablespoons (about 2 cloves) chopped fresh garlic
Directions
Coat pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add broccoli. Continually stir while adding salt and pepper. When broccoli turns bright green and tender-crisp, add the garlic and continue to stir-fry until garlic is golden. Take care not to let the garlic burn.
