Simple Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 package beef stew seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 pound sirloin cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon oil
1 6-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
Egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
Chopped parsley (optional)


Directions

Combine seasoning with water. Set aside. Heat oil in large skillet. Saute meat 8-10 minutes or until done. Add seasoning mixture, mushrooms and sour cream. Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
