Wonton Salad

Ingredients
1/2 package wonton wraps (from supermarket produce section)
1 head lettuce
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cut wontons in fourths. Heat enough oil to cover bottom of skillet. Add wontons and stir-fry until golden brown. Place on paper towels. Tear lettuce into serving bowl. Add celery and onions. Toast sesame seeds in 350 degrees oven for 3-4 minutes until brown. Toss with vegetables. Add wontons and mix.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake until well-blended. Pour over salad just before serving.
