Barbecue Beef
Author: "101 Things to Do With Ground Beef," by Stephanie Ashcraft and Janet Eyring
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
10-12 hamburger buns
Directions
Brown ground beef in a frying pan until it's no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot on hamburger buns. Serves 6-8.
