Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 cups cooked, chopped beef pot roast
1/2 medium onion, chopped (2 tablespoons dried minced onion)
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms (or 2 small cans of canned mushrooms, drained)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Hot, cooked pasta


Directions

Mix all ingredients except pasta in microwave-safe casserole dish. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes on high or until mushrooms and onions are tender. Stir to mix flavors. Serve over hot pasta.
