Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, chopped or shredded beef
1/2 to 1 package taco seasoning mix (depending on desired amount of flavor)
1/2 cup water
6 to 8 taco shells or flour tortillas
1 can refried beans (optional)
1 jar salsa
Shredded lettuce
1 to 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions
Mix beef with taco seasoning and water. Microwave on medium high for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir. In each taco shell, place 1/4 to 1/3 cup of beef and about 1/4 cup refried beans. Add salsa, lettuce and cheese as desired. Serves 6 to 8.
