Spiced Orange Slices

Ingredients
1/3 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
4 whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
5 oranges, peeled and sliced
Mint sprigs as garnish (optional)
Directions
In a small saucepan heat orange juice, brown sugar, orange liqueur, allspice and cinnamon stick to a boil. Pour over orange slices in a glass serving bowl and refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight for flavors to blend. Garnish with mint. Makes 8 servings.
