Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

4 oz. white wine
1 small demi-spoonful minced garlic
1/4 lemon
Swiss Cheeses, grated
1/2 oz. Kirschwasser liqueur
ground pepper
nutmeg


Directions

Add the wine to the liner. Add the minced garlic. Squeeze the lemon into the wine and blend. Add small pinches of the Swiss cheese blend. Mix together thoroughly, using a whipping motion once the cheese is melted. Add small quantities of the cheese to bring to proper consistency. Add 1/2 oz. Kirschwasser. Add five turns of pepper. Sprinkle sparingly with nutmeg. Fold nutmeg, pepper and Kirschwasser into cheese. Remove mixing fork.
