Ingredients

2 cups cooked, chopped beef
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 (16-ounce) package frozen broccoli stir-fry vegetable mix
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/3 cup water
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

Heat sesame oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable mixture, ginger, garlic and red pepper; stir-fry two to three minutes. Add meat. Stir water and cornstarch together, then add to beef/vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil and cook, while stirring, until mixture is thickened. Serve over rice.

Optional: Substitute one package (about 17 ounces) of fully cooked beef tips with gravy for the cooked roast beef. Omit bouillon dissolved in water and cornstarch.
