Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

15 cleaned, whole tomatillos
3 fresh jalapenos, tops removed (or to taste)
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup fresh cilantro


Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes 4 cups.
