Key Lime Cheese Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (20 2 1/2-inch crackers)
2 tablespoons sugar
5 1/3 tablespoons melted butter
2 egg yolks
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup Key lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime zest.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
For the crust, combine crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl, tossing well. Press crumbs evenly over bottom and sides of pie plate. Set aside.
With an electric mixer, combine egg yolks, condensed milk, cream cheese Key lime juice and zest. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust, using a spatula to even the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
