Fluffy Green Jell-O Salad

1 small package lime-flavored gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small (8-ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Directions
Mix gelatin with pineapple. Add cottage cheese and whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.
