Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of water
1/3 cup white rice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 cup cashews pieces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the beef, celery and onion in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until the meat is brown and the onion transparent. Then mix all the ingredients together and bake in an uncovered dish for an 1-1 1/2 hours. If it starts getting too brown around the edges turn the temperature down to 300. Before serving, add cashews.
