Tamale Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
2 medium onions
1 clove garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups corn meal
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
Directions
In a kettle place the olive oil, butter, onions sliced thin and garlic, also sliced. Cook slowly and in 15 minutes add the tomatoes, corn and chili powder. Cook 15 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and salt to taste and cook 15 minutes more, stirring to prevent sticking. Pour into greased bread pans and bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
