Creamy Greek Salad

Ingredients/Directions

Make dressing combining 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled, 8 ounces plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of black olives chopped, 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1 tablespoon Marsala wine and 1 teaspoon Italian dressing mix.
Rinse 3 pepperoncini peppers and remove seeds and stems and chop them and then mix well into the dressing. Refrigerate mixture one hour.
Place 1 pound ready-to-eat romaine lettuce in a salad bowl and toss with dressing. Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
