Peanutty Fries
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups peanut butter chips (10-ounce package)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
Paper muffin cup liners (2 1/2 inches in diameter)
Line 8- or 9-inch pan with foil; butter foil.
Directions
In medium microwave-safe bowl, place peanut butter chips and condensed milk. Cook on high (100 percent power) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Pat mixture into prepared pan. Cool completely at room temperature. Remove foil from pan; invert onto cutting board, removing foil. Cut into 3- by-1/4-inch wide strips to resemble French fries. Fold muffin cup papers in half, pressing out creases. Fold in half again. Fold up point; use as holders for fries. Makes about 40 fries.
