Twila Peck's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 6-oz. can of tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, sliced thin in rings
Baking powder biscuit dough (from scratch or in refrigerated can)
Mix soup and water until smooth. Layer tuna, soup and onion in 8x8-inch pan or 1-quart casserole. Top with baking powder biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees F. until onions are tender and top is brown, about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
Directions
Note: Casserole can be topped with mashed potatoes and grated cheese instead of biscuits, if desired.
