Margaret Lincoln's Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 large can pink salmon, flaked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup hot milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup crushed soda crackers
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a loaf pan. Mix together first 8 ingredients. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered loaf pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 45 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Loosen with knife and turn out onto plate. Garnish with sprigs of parsley and slices of lemon, if desired.
