Curried Spinach Salad

Ingredients

Curry Dressing:
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped chutney
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1-2 drops Tabasco sauce

Salad:
2 pounds fresh spinach
3 unpared apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup golden raisins
2/3 cup honey roasted peanuts
1 orange, segmented with membranes removed
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions for garnish


Directions

Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss salad ingredients together with dressing. Garnish with green onions. Serves 4 to 6.
