Peanut Butter Pickups

Ingredients

Yield: 30

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk (powder)
3 tablespoons water
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs OR 2/3 cup coconut


Directions

Mix ingredients together. Shape teaspoonfuls of mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in graham crackers crumbs or coconut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Refrigerate about 20 minutes until firm.

Each serving contains 117 calories, 7g fat, 13g carbs, 64mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol, 49% calories from fat.
