Chili-Cheese Burritos

Ingredients

1 dozen large flour tortillas
2 cans chili
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In the microwave, heat the chili and rice together. Warm the tortillas to make them easier to fold. For each tortilla, use approximately 1/4 cup chili-rice mixture, top with cheddar cheese, and fold into a burrito. Wrap each individually in waxed paper, then put the bunch into a plastic bag when cooled.
Each serving contains 243 calories, 9g fat, 31g carbs, 570mg sodium, 22mg cholesterol, 34% calories from fat.
