Graham Streusel Cake

Ingredients

Yield: 12 servings

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

Vanilla Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons water (or milk)


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 9 X 13-inch cake pan. Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and cutter; reserve. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan; sprinkle with 1/2 of the crumb mixture. Spread remaining batter evenly over crumb mixture; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with vanilla glaze.
