Orange Salad with Pecan Dressing

Ingredients

4 oranges, pared
1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
Pecan Dressing (recipe follows)

Cut oranges crosswise into slices; cut slices into fourths. Mix oranges and lettuce. Toss with Pecan Dressing. Serves 6.
Per serving with dressing: 115 calories; 1 gm protein; 12 gm carbohydrates; 7 gm fat; 5 mg cholesterol; 210 mg sodium


Pecan Dressing

1/4 cup ground pecans
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of pepper


Directions

Mix all ingredients.
