Twiggy Dip

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped green onion, including green tops
1 2-ounce can chopped pimientos
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
