Hot Tomato Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
Directions
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Place both halves on baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix oil and garlic. Brush generously over bread. Sprinkle tomato, cheese and spices over bread and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into wedges. 12 servings.
