Ingredients
Yield: 8 servings
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can (1 pound, 4 ounces) red kidney beans
1 can (1 pound, 4 ounces) white beans
1 10 ounce package frozen lima beans
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup catsup
1 can (15.5 ounce) pork and beans (plain no meat)
Directions
In a large skillet brown the meat well in 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir it so it will cook evenly. Add the soup mix, beans, catsup and water. DO NOT use any other seasonings. Mix gently. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
Each serving contains 408 calories, 17g fat, 36g carb, 944mg sodium, 70mg cholesterol.
