Ingredients

1 pound lean hamburger
1 48-oz. can V-8 juice
1 16-oz. package frozen vegetables


Directions

Brown hamburger and drain. Combine V-8 juice and frozen vegetables with meat and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 6.

Each serving contains 286 calories, 14 g fat, 66 mg cholesterol, 16 g carbohydrate, 934 mg sodium.
