Ingredients

2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed and trimmed of fat
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix


Directions

Combine and mix well. Stir in 1 cup water. Cover; bake for 21/2 to 3 hours at 300-325 degrees F. Do not peek! Optional: Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 8.

Each serving contains 250 calories, 12 g fat, 83 mg cholesterol, 5.5 mg carbohydrate, 773 mg sodium.
