Pineapple-Rice Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pint cream, whipped


Directions

Combine, mix and chill. Serve on lettuce leaf if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Each serving contains 323 calories, 22 g fat, 81.5 mg cholesterol, 28 g carbohydrate, 25 mg sodium.
