Mountain Man Breakfast

Ingredients

1 32-ounce package cubed or shredded hash browns
2 pounds cooked and drained sausage
8 eggs
2 cups grated cheese
Salt and pepper for seasoning


Directions

In a well-greased 10-inch Dutch oven, mix the hash browns, sausage and eggs. Cook for 15 minutes (with 14 coals on top and 10 on bottom), until eggs are cooked through. Sprinkle the cheese over the dish and leave for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 10. From Riverview Junior High School's Dutch Oven Cook-Off.
