Eggnog Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
Yield: 8 servings
1 regular 9-inch baked pie shell or crumb crust
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup eggnog
1 large package Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
1 2/3 cups milk
Directions
Beat cream cheese until very soft. Add 2/3 cup milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk, eggnog, pudding mix and flavoring. Beat until well-blended, about 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell or crumb crust. Chill 3 hours. Top with whipped cream & sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
Each serving contains 462 calories, 23g fat, 59g carb, 892mg sodium, 50mg cholesterol.
