Apple Party Dip

Ingredients
Yield: 16 servings
1 17-ounce jar or caramel topping (Mrs. Richardson's preferred)
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup roasted peanuts
8 apples (for color variety, use Jonathan, Golden Delicious and Granny Smith)
Directions
Mix caramel topping with the cream cheese. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture onto a platter with a 1-inch rim. Wash, core and cut apples into 1/4-inch slices. Arrange slices around the platter's edge. Dip and eat.
Each serving contains 161 calories, 11g fat, 16g carb, 68mg sodium, 16mg cholesterol.
