Grape Salsa and Cheese Appetizers

Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes (red, green or both)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Hot pepper sauce, preferably a tropical style, such as a Jamaican sauce
1 package (about 5 1/2 ounce) goat cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Assorted crackers
Yield: 16-18 appetizers
Prep time: 30 minutes
Directions
Chop grapes; drain excess liquid. Combine grapes with parsley, green onions and seasonings; mix well and chill at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, spread cheese on cracker. Top with a mound of grape salsa.
