Danish Sweet Soup

Ingredients
Yield: 8 servings
1 quart red fruit juice
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup pitted chopped prunes or plums
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Minute Tapioca
Lemon slices
Small cinnamon stick
Directions
Mix fruit juice, raisins, currants, prunes and sugar. Simmer for a few minutes and then add a couple of lemon slices and a small cinnamon stick. Add tapioca. Continue cooking until tapioca has cooked clear, stirring to keep tapioca from sticking. Spoon into dishes and serve with cream or Cool Whip. Serves 8.
