Cinnamon Candy Salad

Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
1 3-ounce package cherry gelatin
1/4 cup cinnamon candies
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup additional boiling water
1 cup chopped apples (peeled or unpeeled)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cinnamon candies to the 1/2 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add enough water to this to make 1 cup liquid and stir into dissolved gelatin. Cool till partly thick and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold or flat dish and refrigerate until set
Each serving contains 210 calories, 11g fat, 29g carb, 37mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol.
