Ingredients

Yield: 8 servings

6 grapefruit
1 10-ounce package frozen raspberries
4 tablespoons sugar
1-2 tablespoons water, if desired


Directions

Heat raspberries and sugar in small saucepan until berries are thawed and juice flows. Puree in blender or food mill; strain to remove seeds. Peel and section grapefruit. Pour raspberry sauce over grapefruit sections. Chill and serve.
