Crab Fondue

Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can crab
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons apple juice
Directions
Melt cream cheese, add drained crab. Stir in red bell pepper and juice over low heat. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Serve over low heat with cubed sourdough bread.
Each serving contains 298 calories, 21 g fat, 14 g carb, 634 mg sodium, 107 mg cholesterol.
