Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Yield: 18 pieces

2 pounds chicken wings
1/3 cup flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup finely-crushed Ritz crackers
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine


Directions

Remove and discard wing tip. Cut remaining part of wing at joint. Coat chicken with flour. In saucer, beat egg with water, then dip chicken in egg. In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, toasted sesame seeds, parsley flakes, seasoned salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Pour melted butter into a 9 X 13-inch baking pan. Arrange single layer of coated chicken in pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
