Honey Candy

Ingredients

Yield: 24 pieces

1 cup honey
1 cup white sugar
1 square butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Directions

Cook honey, sugar and butter to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Pour onto buttered plate to cool. When cooled enough to handle, stretch and pull (with buttered hands) like taffy. Break into pieces.

Each serving contains 80 calories, 1 g fat, 19g carb, 30 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol.
