Cracker Jacks

Ingredients
Yield: 16 servings
6 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cups raw peanuts
1 1/2 cups molasses
3/4 cup honey
2 cups popcorn, popped
Directions
Slightly brown the sunflower seeds and peanuts in heated oil. Stir in molasses and honey. Simmer until thick and bubbly (5-7 minutes.) Pour over popped popcorn and stir lightly.
Each serving contains 318 calories, 18g fat, 35g carb, 33 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
