Hawaiian Rice Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 13 1/2 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup diced celery
2 cups cooled cooked rice
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Mix chicken, coconut, pineapple, celery, oranges and rice lightly. Mix other ingredients into salad dressing. Stir all together lightly. Chill several hours.
Each serving contains 461 calories, 22 g fat, 55 g carb, 458 mg sodium, 41 mg cholesterol.
