Bananas New Orleans Style

Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons orange juice
2 large firm ripe bananas, mashed (or cubed)
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
In small saucepan melt butter. Add brown sugar and orange juice; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture boils. Add bananas; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bananas are hot. Serve over ice cream. Serves 4.
Each serving contains 156 calories, 6 g fat, 27 g carb, 63 mg sodium, 15 mg cholesterol.
