Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

Preparation time: 3 hours with freezing
Yield: 8 servings

1 pkg. chocolate wafer cookies
1 jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup milk
4 drops peppermint extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Green food coloring


Directions

Line 9-inch pie plate with crumbs from crushed wafer cookies. Pat around bottom. Combine marshmallow creme, milk, extract and green food coloring. Whip until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crumb crust and freeze until firm.
