Wonderful Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Preparation time: 1 hour
Yield: 8 servings

1 large head broccoli
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup diced red onion
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup roasted sunflower seeds

Dressing:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar


Directions

Wash broccoli and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine with raisins, onion, bacon and sunflower seeds. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Chill.

Each serving contains: 290 calories, 19 g fat, 26 g carbohydrate, 180 mg sodium, 10.5 cholesterol.
