Quick and Easy Strawberry Cream
Ingredients
2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled, chilled
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 envelope reduced-calorie whipped topping mix
Directions
Set aside 6-8 berries for garnish. Place remaining strawberries in food processor bowl with metal blade or blender. Blend until strawberries are coarsely chopped. Add honey and lemon juice. Cover; process to blend.
Prepare whipped topping according to package directions. Fold strawberry mixture into whipped topping.
To garnish, cut strawberries lengthwise into 1/8-inch slices and stand up against sides of 8 clear-glass sherbet cups. Carefully spoon in strawberry dessert. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
Each serving contains 70 calories, 3 g fat, 11 g carbohydrate, 0 mg cholesterol, 25 mg sodium.
