Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Preparation time: 50 minutes plus chilling
Yield: 12 servings

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, soft
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
4 squares semisweet chocolate, melted
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 16 oz. can cherry pie filling


Directions

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours. Top with cherry pie filling.

Each serving contains: 505 calories, 32 g fat, 50 g carbohydrate, 338 mg sodium, 92 mg cholesterol.
