Shrimp Cheese Balls

Ingredients

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 cheese balls.

1 1/2 teaspoon mustard (regular flavor)
1 teaspoon dry minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash each of salt and pepper
1 4 1/2-ounce can tiny shrimp, well-drained


Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Divide into 2 parts and roll each into a ball. Roll in 1 cup chopped almonds or walnuts. Place each in a glass banana split dish. Wrap with plastic wrap and tape a long-handled spoon to the side. Store in refrigerator. When giving as a gift, include a box of snack crackers.
