Ingredients

1 package (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 can (12 oz.) frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 bottles (33 oz.) club soda or seltzer, chilled
1 bottle (33 oz.) ginger ale, chilled


Directions

Place strawberries and syrup in blender; process until smooth. Pour into punch bowl; add cranberry juice cocktail and remaining ingredients. Makes about 5 quarts.

Each 1 cup serving contains 104 calories; 0 gm fat; 22 gm carbohydrate; 25 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
