Strawberry-Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (or same amount of fresh berries)
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
Each 1/2 cup serving contains 423 calories; 25 gm fat; 31 gm carbohydrate; 138 mg sodium; 56 mg cholesterol.
