Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Directions

Puree until smooth.

Each serving contains 117 calories; 2 gm fat; 24 gm carbohydrate; 48 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol.
